Welcome to The Flip Spot — Chattanooga’s movement studio designed for children and adults! We offer a variety of exciting and skill-building classes in gymnastics, aerial silks, strength training, cheer, and more. Whether your child is just starting or building on existing skills, we help them grow strong, confident, and fearless in a safe, supportive, and FUN environment.

At The Flip Spot, we believe in building more than just physical strength. We’re here to nurture your child’s confidence, spark their creativity, and help them thrive through movement and play. Our small class sizes, passionate instructors, and child-centered programming set us apart from big-box gyms.

🤸 Gymnastics Classes

Gymnastics Minis

Ages 2–4
A fun introduction to gymnastics for preschool athletes. Students will learn beginner gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault while developing strength, coordination, and body awareness.

Gymnastics (Ages 3–5)

Perfect for young gymnasts ready to learn foundational skills in a structured class setting. Athletes will work on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and beginner gymnastics progressions.

Gymnastics (Ages 6–10)

A recreational gymnastics class that introduces and develops skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault. Students build confidence, strength, flexibility, and coordination while progressing at their own pace.

Gymnastics Level 1

Ages 6+ | Beginner
Designed for athletes new to gymnastics. Students will focus on proper technique and foundational skills while developing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Gymnastics Level 2 Minis

Ages 4–7
For younger gymnasts who have mastered beginner skills and are ready for the next challenge. Athletes will work on advancing their gymnastics technique while continuing to build strength and coordination.

Gymnastics Level 2

Ages 7+ | Intermediate
This class is for gymnasts who have demonstrated mastery of Level 1 skills. Students will work on more advanced progressions on floor, bars, beam, and vault while continuing to build confidence and athleticism.

🧱 Foundational & Homeschool Classes

Homeschool Gymnastics Level 1

Ages 4–12 | Beginner
Designed for homeschool students who are new to gymnastics or still building foundational skills. Athletes will learn basic tumbling, balance beam, bars, vault, strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and encouraging environment.

Homeschool Gymnastics Level 2

Ages 5–12 | Intermediate
For gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready for more challenging skills. Students will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while working toward more advanced gymnastics progressions.

Gladiator Homeschool

Ages 4–12
A high-energy homeschool fitness class focused on obstacle courses, agility, strength, coordination, teamwork, and confidence. Gladiators will climb, jump, balance, race, and conquer exciting challenges each week.

Homeschool Aerials Level 1

Ages 7–12 | Beginner
An introduction to aerial arts using silks, hammock, and other aerial equipment. Students will learn basic climbs, wraps, poses, strength-building exercises, and aerial safety while having fun in the air.

Homeschool Aerials + Acro Level 2

Ages 7–12 | Intermediate
Perfect for students with previous aerial or acrobatics experience. Athletes will continue building aerial strength, flexibility, inversions, transitions, and performance skills while advancing their technique.

Homeschool Aerials + Tumble

Ages 7–12
A unique combination of aerial arts and tumbling. Students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through both aerial skills and floor-based acrobatics.

🌀 Tumbling Classes

Tumble 1

Ages 4+ | Beginner
Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and athletes who want to build strong tumbling fundamentals. Students will learn rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, handstands, and other foundational skills.

Tiny Tumblers

Parent + Child | 14 Months–2 Years
Our youngest movers will explore climbing, balancing, swinging, rolling, and jumping alongside a parent or caregiver. This class focuses on motor skill development, social interaction, and building confidence through movement and play.

Wild Tumblers

Ages 2–4
An active preschool class designed to introduce little ones to basic gymnastics skills through obstacle courses, games, music, and imaginative play. Students develop listening skills, coordination, balance, and confidence.

Tumbling Skills 2

Ages 6+ | Intermediate
For students who have mastered basic tumbling skills and are ready for more advanced progressions. Athletes will continue working toward walkovers, handsprings, and other higher-level tumbling skills.

Back Handspring Focus

A specialty class dedicated entirely to back handspring progressions. Athletes train in shaping drills, power conditioning, round-off development, snap-down technique, spotted handsprings, and step-by-step skill mastery. Perfect for motivated tumblers preparing for cheer or advanced tumbling. *Child must be working on walkovers to join.

🎪 Aerial + Acro Classes

Intro to Silks

Ages 7+
A beginner aerial class that introduces students to the exciting world of aerial silks. Athletes will learn basic climbs, wraps, poses, and strength-building exercises while developing confidence and body control.

Aerials / Acro Level 1

Ages 7+ | Beginner
A combination class featuring aerial silks, hammock, and floor acrobatics. Students will build flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence while learning beginner aerial and acro skills.

Aerials Level 2

Ages 7+ | Intermediate
For students with previous aerial experience who are ready to expand their skills. Athletes will work on more challenging climbs, poses, sequences, and transitions while improving strength and technique.

💪 Gladiator Program

Mini Gladiators

Ages 2–4
An exciting obstacle-course class designed specifically for preschoolers. Little gladiators will climb, crawl, jump, balance, and explore movement while building confidence, coordination, and social skills.

Ninja Gladiators Level 2

Ages 7–12
A challenging ninja-style obstacle training class focused on strength, agility, endurance, and coordination. Students will conquer obstacles, learn ninja skills, and build confidence through movement.

Boys Ninja Fitness

Ages 7–12
Designed for active boys who love to move. This class combines obstacle courses, strength training, agility drills, teamwork, and fitness challenges in a fun and encouraging environment.

🎉 Cheer Classes

Cheer Prep / Flexibility & Strength

A technique-focused class for cheerleaders and aspiring cheer athletes. Curriculum includes jump training, body shaping, flexibility work, motion technique, and strength building. Excellent for school cheer prep, stunt readiness, and athletes looking to improve flexibility and body control.

Cheer / Tumbling Prep

A skills-focused class that bridges cheer technique and tumbling foundations. Athletes work on jumps, motions, flexibility, body shaping, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, and the strength needed for cheerleading.

$20 drop-in or $70 a month for a one-hour class each week.

Adult Aerials + Gymnastics

Ages 18+
Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to movement after years away, this class is for you. Explore aerial silks, beginner gymnastics, flexibility, strength, and conditioning in a supportive, judgment-free environment designed specifically for adults. 💙

Open Plays

  • Open Plays are $5 for your child’s spot for each open play session (New students + currently enrolled).

  • Reserve your space ahead of time. Let us know 24 hours in advance if you can. If you are reserving for the same day, give us a call at (706) 891-4538. (Please, and Thank You! 😊)

Open Play (Preschool)

Ages 2–5
A supervised open gym time where preschoolers can explore equipment, play, climb, and move freely. Parents stay and supervise while children enjoy active play in a safe environment.

Open Play (Homeschool)

Ages 2-12
A dedicated open gym time for homeschool families. Children can socialize, play, explore equipment, and enjoy active movement in a fun and welcoming environment.

Tuition

$75 a month per child for one class per week.
*Discounts available for siblings and multiple classes.

* Printed copies are available at the gym to fill out upon arrival.
