The Flip Spot is proudly co-owned by Rachael and Emma.
✨ Rachael is a homeschool mom of twin 7-year-old boys who has a lifelong love of ballet, cheer, and gymnastics. She’s taught gymnastics and tumbling classes for 6 years and is passionate about both technique and safety. She wanted to build a gym where kids could thrive while families feel at home.
✨ Emma is a 19-year-old sophomore at Dalton State, majoring in Business. With 7 years of competitive gymnastics under her belt and 5 years of teaching experience, Emma brings fresh energy, creativity, and a deep passion for helping kids build skills and confidence. When she’s not in the gym, she’s often crafting or dreaming up her next project.
Together, they’ve built The Flip Spot with families in mind—balancing affordable tuition, small class sizes, and a warm, community-first approach. From preschoolers in Gladiator Littles to teens working on advanced tumbling, every child is encouraged to grow at their own pace while celebrating milestones along the way.
Our team of dedicated coaches shares the same mission: teaching strong technique, instilling confidence, and making sure every child feels supported. Whether it’s flipping on the floor, climbing on silks, or cheering with friends, we’re here to inspire growth, fun, and lifelong love for movement.
